Keynote Speeches

We are very pleased to confirm the keynote speeches for GLECC2026 and they are

“Who Changes Language?” by Professor Kersti Börjars, Editor of Journal of Linguistics and former Head of Schools of Arts, Languages and Linguistics, University of Manchester, UK.

“Translation, Chinese Texts, and World Literature” by Professor Yifeng Sun, University of Macau, China.

“Confucianism’s Global Potential: Fresh Perspectives on Fathering from the Sixth Century to Now” by Dr Derek Hird, Lancaster University, UK.

For delegates who wish to stay in the conference venue hotel, we have negotiated a conference delegate rate with the hotel at the daily rate of £110 bed and breakfast and you can use All Terrain Publishing Conferences to book your room. ‘Meet the editor’ session

During the conference, we will arrange free ‘Meet the editor’ sessions where you can have a chat with the editors and talk about how to develop your research into publishable papers in academic journals.
