Presentation Instructions
Please find below important instructions to help you prepare and deliver your presentation effectively.
Presentation Format & Timing
All presentations will follow the standard PowerPoint oral format. Each presenter is allocated a 20-minute time slot. This includes:
- A brief introduction by the session chair
- Your presentation
- A short Q&A session
- Transition time between presenters
Please plan your talk to last approximately 12 minutes, with a maximum of 15 minutes. Your session chair will give you a time reminder at the 12-minute mark. The remaining time will be reserved for Q&A and transitioning to the next speaker.
Presentation Setup
Please bring your PowerPoint file on a USB device (e.g., pen drive or external hard disk). A Windows laptop with Microsoft Office will be available for use. Alternatively, you may use your own laptop or device, provided it has an HDMI port.
We strongly recommend that you transfer your presentation file to the conference computer during the break before your session. This will help ensure a smooth transition between talks.
Post-Conference Consideration
The session chairs, along with the organising committee, will review PowerPoint slides and presentations to identify high-quality work. Selected presenters may be invited to further develop their work for potential journal publication. Please note that all presentation files will be deleted at the conclusion of the conference.
